Do you make your own designs?

Yes. All of our designs are original, designed in our studio. There are lots of sellers who copy our designs which you can find on the internet but their quality is not up to standard. Always buy originals.

Can you customize the designs?

Yes. Our designs are fully customizable.

Can you make a design from a photo?

We do not copy designs, but we can use that photo as a guide for your custom design.

Can you add my own logo to my kit?

Yes. The logo must be in EPS, PDF or Adobe Illustrator format. We do not accept Jpeg, Jpg, Gif or BMP.

Can you print KTM, Monster, Red Bull etc. logos?

No, we can`t print those logos unless you are a sponsored individual or part of a sponsored team.

Can you email me a picture of my design before you print?

Yes. Just click YES on the Design Proof option on the order page and we will email you the proof to make changes if needed.

How long until I get my design proof?

Depending on the turn around time for the current work load, your proof will be designed and emailed as soon as possible within the listed time frame on the order page. This process usually takes up to 24 hours.

How long does the production process take?

After an order is placed it takes up to 24 hours to print, laminate, cut and pack the graphics.

What if I change my mind about an order?

Let us know what you need changed prior to any design work commencing. If the print process has started on your order, the order is now non changeable and non refundable.

Why there is not shown my bike model while ordering graphics kit?

We only show the newest models. Your kit will be fully customized to suit your exact model.

Do you make graphics for uncommon models?

If you dont see your model in our selection, write us an email with information about your bike.

What kind of material do you use?

21 MIL THICK GRAPHIC, HIGH BOND ADHESIVE super tough graphics with special formulated high tack adhesive specific to the motocross industry.

Can I buy individual pieces?

Yes. Write us an email with the pieces that you need.

How can I pay?

We accept paypal and credit card payments.

Can I use soapy water to apply my graphics?

The surface has to be clean and dry. Do not use water or soap to apply the graphics, it destroys the special glue on graphics.

What can I do if I recieve damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Under these circumstances, we will exchange the product at our expense.
